Grain In darker area of footage.

Hi,
I have been Clicking with sony a6300 with kit lens 16-50MM for while where the lens serves my purpose, Recently I have started with video and I have noticed grains in my video on darker areas even if recoded in broad daylight also tested with a lot of other scenarios but no difference. 

But the videos made with a6300 with difference lens (specifically stops below F2) in youtube looks good even after youtube compression so I was wondering where the grains are solved, Upgrading the lens which allows more light or using software for grains removal?
