Problem when shooting in the sun

Hello friends photographers. Please advise on using the Voigtlander Heliar III 15 / 4.5 on Sony A7II. When shooting in a direct light source and placing it at the edge of the image, green points are placed symmetrically around the star. Don't know what this can do? It's pretty uncomfortable when photographing the landscape when I want to place the sun on the edge. This is not displayed in the center of the image.
