Just got the new a6400 and 18-135 lens. So far the results are excellent. I will be putting up a web page with the images in the next week or so.
The a6300 had almost taken 69,000 pics so it was getting a bit old!
It recently took many action pics with it and the 18-200 lens and you can see the results on the link pages here- http://www.rtfract.com/sonya6300.htm

Having a major problem with Sony trying to register the new camera though!

I am eager to see your a6400 pics! I have an a6500 and love it, but am intrigued by the 18-135 lens. I already own the 18-105 f4, which has been my workhorse, but I might consider selling it to buy the 18-135 if its images are as good or better.

Does the a6400 have in-body stabilization?

No...that is the one thing missing; using lenses with built in OSS is going to be important for many shooting situations.  But the new AF tracking, improved eye AF  and animal eye AF is compelling.
