Hi guys, Something really odd just happened to my A7 last night. I was shooting some macro photos with an M42 mount lens mounted on a new adapter. Everything was fine until this one shot when the camera gave me a "Camera Error. Please turn off and on again." message right after the shutter curtain released. I restarted my camera and immediately noticed some dark spots near the edges of my screen. I took my lens out and to my horror found two rather big scratch marks on what I'm guessing is my IR Filter. Basically its as if a bit of the green layer was taken off. I have no idea what just happened. Did my shutter curtain malfunction? Was that why there was an error? Did it scratch the IR filter or my sensor? Has this happened to anyone before? I'd love to hear from you because I'm lost.

Well, I brought out my Neewer NW400s, turned it on, and it wouldn't fire. The batteries were low, so we changed them, and now it won't turn on at all. This is ridiculous and there isn't any help around the internet. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello, I just got used A7riii and the touchscreen does not work. I have tried updating the firmware, resetting the camera multiple times, changing the setting that has to do with autofocus (yes I'm aware that you have to turn this function on, I've turned it on and off so many times already) I'm not sure what I'm missing. The touchscreen is just unresponsive. I've done everything short of sacrificing a goat. Has anyone else run into this issue before? The previous owner says that they never used the touchscreen so they were not aware of it. Please help me figure it out. It cost a lot of money. Thanks!
