  1. I'm very disappointed With Sony Lately, When i first got the Sony Fx30 i liked the camera but they was somethings that i have realized along the way of using it. #1 thing with crippling the 120 fps being only able to do 120 fps with a CFExpress type A card. I purchased a device that enables you to record to a M.2 SSD Drive instead of an SD card or CFExpress type A card. it works on tons of other Camera's at even 8K 30 with no problem, in fact an M.2 SSD drive is way faster than a CFExpress type A or B card. They are just intentionally disabling the ability to record at the best settings (IE 4K 60 fps ALL intra or Even 1080P 120 fps so they can sell CFExpress type A cards, Sony owns that card and first of all it's outdated obsolete, CFExpress Type A cards are ways slower then CFExpress type B cards, and way more expensive too. And you can't even get a 1TB CFExpress type A card, but you can for CFExpress type B card. when they made the Sony FX30 and FX3 they should have not used the CFExpress type A at all, it's obsolete, and old technology and no where near as good as the CFExpress Type B cards. They are Just greedy and want to make more money from selling the CFExpress type A card, at the owners of the camera's expense. It's all about greed and they need to stop, before they lose customers, many people i know are getting pissed at Sony and sooner or later they are going to Walk away From Sony For their deceptive practices, because that is what that is. They need to Stop this, they are walking all over their customers. I'm getting sick of it myself, i'm not stupid i know what can be done and what can not be done, and i'm telling you, recording to a M.2 SSD is very doable, the SSD is way faster than any CFExpress card or SD card, and more reliable than SD and CFExpress cards, SSD are used in computers and do error corrections very well you would not get a defective recording ever, but you do with SD cards and CFExpress cards.. That's why professionals would rather have 2 card slots so when they do weddings or something important they want a backup because them cards are known to Fail. SSD drives DO NOT.. #2 Here we go again with this dishonest practices, you Can't use Shutter Angle recording Though HDMI to an external recorder, Yeah i mention that the same day i got the update when it came out. first they screwed up the first update and pulled it off the website, because it has an issue, than they fixed that issue and put the update back that is when i downloaded it. I waited because the first time they had an update for the FX30 / fFX3 it had issues so they did the same thing they pulled it and put a good update back up. Sony always seems to be greedy and hold back on features. and in this case they held back the ability to use shutter angle recording to an external recorder like the Ninjav+ Sony needs to quit doing this because they are going to lose customers, i'm seriously getting ready to switch out to another brand of camera, Sony is a nice camera don't get me wrong but the way they do business it puts a bad taste in my mouth and i don't like being screwed with.. it's as simple as that, they could very well allow shutter angle using an external recorder there is nothing special about shutter angle that the Sony FX30 or FX3 can't handle shutter angle using internal or external recording NONE. It's time Sony gets with it and becomes Honest....
