Sony A6500 slow motion and Autofocus in action - fe 18-105mm f4 -
I jumped ship and went from a canon SLR to mirrorless land. It snowed today, so I figured I'd test out the new camera with the new snow blower. Pros: Slow motion is killer. Small and light weight. Easy to carry Autofocus (my previous 7D didn't have autofocus) Cons: Are they joking with the size of that record button? Ridiculous. Disk space. Better order some more externals. Shooting 1080p at 50fps gives me footage that isn't good quality. I am seeing what I can call aliasing and moire issues. Footage looks this way straight out of the camera, so it is nothing to do with post processing on my part. I performed some tests where i shot the same subject at 25fps and again at 50fps. The 25 fps looks much much better. I am setting shutter speed to 1/100 with 50 fps and 1/50 with 25 fps. Other setting such as pp are the same. All this time I thought that it's me doing something wrong, but now I am starting to think that there is a problem with the camera.. Is there anybody who experienced this?

Hi there When I shoot in XAVC S 100fps slow motion, my Sony A7sii doesn't playback the slowmotion in camera. Is that normal? Any tricks to see the slow motion in camera? Also in Premiere Pro it only plays it in 25fps. Thanks for the help! Best, Luki

Hey guys, Here is another example of the Sony a6300 with the Zhiyun crane v2.. this gimbal has come down in price with the crane 2 announced. Still, a very capable gimbal and Zhiyun continue to provide firmware updates to keep it up to date.

Hey guys, first time on this forum, not sure if this video will show properly or not, just looking for some honest feedback. anyone using 120fps? I feel the quality simply isn't quite as good as shooting on 60fps. Anyone think the same? Anyways, camera used was the Sony A6300 shot at 120fps. Shot on a pretty cold and wet (typically Scottish) day! Let me know what you guys think, not a masterpiece by any means, just simply testing the 120fps shooting mode. Hello, Is there a way to playback the slow motion on the camera? Right now when I'm shooting in 120fps when I playback the video it shows in real time and not slow motion Thanks!

Hey guys! We just participated in the Sony competition to win an FS5. Shot this little "farming" video on a little farm in the middle of Finland. Slowmo with the rx10 ii and rest with the A7s (mark i). Would love to hear your opinions! I think the rx10 was surprisingly good for this kinda stuff.
