Upgraded the soft A7R2, login no problem since known by computer I had to upgrade my A7r2 playmemories and forgot my password So changed it and while I'm login in the system asked me to check that I’m not a robot. Images jumped up with the mention to check all the images with house numbers and after that rivers. Keeps me producing these images to check again and again. Also not always clear what they mean by river (waterfall is a river or not, it depends) Two hours lost by doing it over and over again…grrrr NORESULT YET Please Sony change this Not possible on the camera as well…. Another fact the camera should be able to remember the password as well, not easy to set it -

On a recent shoot my 7 rii began to randomly change settings. First the focus was v e r y slow. Then focusing switched from the AF/MF button to the main button. Various other setting would revert to past settings after taking a couple images. Basically I had little control over the settings. I think there no alternative to resetting to factory. Don't know if there are contraindications for this. I have no downloads so nothing to loose. Or is there an alternative? Appreciate any feedback.

Recently the record and middle button on the Dial/Wheel on my a7sii just stopped working. without that middle button i can not select anything on my camera so i can't access anything on the menu like the Setting reset cause basically i don't have an "enter" or "select" button. i can scroll through the menu but cant select anything so i cant reset from the menu so I am searching for a way to reset to factory settings without using the menu, and i don't think there is a reset button on the body. So if anyone can help with a way to reset like sometimes they the "turn on while pushing down XXX buttons". if anyone has that info it is very much appreciated Jorge González
