A little story behind the image.
It was a short night at the Refugio Altavista on the Teide. After getting up at 4am in the morning we were a little bit drowsy, but we had to pack our stuff and keep going. In the middle of a beautiful clear nightsky and about -12°C we were making our way to reach spain's highest mountain. The Pico del Teide (Tenerife). After a lot of sweat & sulfuric smell we have reached our goal in about 2 hours of walking. We were waiting on top at 3.718 m for the sunrise to come.
