  1. Good day all, I just purchased a Sony A7Rii and love it, but now want to use it with my digibees. What flash mode should I be setting the camera at. I notice there are fill flash/slow sync/rear/wireless. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hello, I have a problem with sony a7s. my video camera in video mode , presents 3 fixed yellow lines when I go into photo mode , these lines are not .. but I noticed that in some of the photos shows slight yellow halos .. apparently the sensor has no problem , I tried with different optics ( 24-70 canon and FC canon 50mm ) ... does anyone know how to fix this ?
  3. Hi! I've given up. It's hopeless trying to Google my way out of this pickle. Every time I mention "bulb" the search just shows websites instructing you on how to turn it ON. And trust me, I've looked and tried to retrace my steps. I was out hiking last week. During this time I took a lat of photos and let the A6000 hang around my neck, as well as packed in a relatively big fanny pack. When I got home I realized that a bunch of the last photos I took were all smeared. That's when I notice the shutter speed expressed as 30" instead of the regular 1/600. I'm not all that technical when it boils down to hardcore camera science, but I love taking photos during these kind of adventures. And I love my camera. That's why I'm now reaching out to you guys. What's the problem? How do I "get back" to the regular display of shutter speed? In short, how the F do I switch of bulb mode? I recorded a short vid on my phone to demonstrate. It's not at all very detailed or thorough, but I hope it's enough. Thank you!
  4. Can anyone tell me what is used to secure the model dial on a A7R2?. Mine will not stay attached and falls off easily. The inside of the wheel appears to have some kind flexible adhesive, but its is slippery or waxy, and doesn't appears to be an adhesive at all. Thank you
  5. Hello, About a year ago I bought my 50mm (SAL50F18) and since then I let it on my camera (wich is a SLT A37) almost all the time. Yesterday in a attempt to make a timelapse I tried to set my camera in other modes beyond the Program Auto but the camera returned me the following message: MF Invalid when AF/MF Select is set to Autofocus. Available with Manual Focus Is that had any relation with the fact that I almost never disassembly my lens from the camera? Because I can set to A/S/M mode when I try to use my 18-55mm (which I use sometimes) And yes for both I switch the lens and camera autofocus to MF, actually I just shoot in MF.
  6. A question addressed to the A7-specialists: As far as I could find out, the A mode on the A7 (ILCE-7 Vers. 1.10) works as follows: If ISO is not on auto, shutter speed is automatic in the full range, if ISO is on auto, shutter speed is automatic while ISO tries to minimize to 100. As soon as automatic shutter speed would rise above 1/60 s, ISO automatic starts to increase. As a result, automatic shutter speed does not adjust to values above 1/60 s as long as a maximum ISO of 25600 is not yet reached - then it starts to increase further up to 30 s. Is there any way to change these somehow arbitrary limits of 1/60 and 25600 to more specific and useful values ?
