I've been having some issues with the clarity of the pictures that my a6000 seems to produce. The pictures that I have taken on this camera just doesn't appear to be very clear. They appear slightly hazy and not particularly sharp, when compared to the pictures that I have taken on my Samsung galaxy S6. This morning I decided to initialise the camera and take some fresh pics. I used a tripod and the and the playmemories remote control function to control the shutter, to completely eliminate camera shake. I used the auto mode to shoot the picture. It was automatically saved on my phone via playmemories at 'original size'. I then uploaded it from my phone via the flicker app. Please take s look and tell me what you think about the image quality/ clarity https://flic.kr/p/R1FbnQ

Greetings, I am in need of professional instructional lessons/tutorials. I have an A7 purchased 5 years ago for concert photography. I did not have time to learn to use it properly. I am reading "From Snapshots to Great Shots" by Brian Smith. However, Video learning is preferred. As of 2017 I am doing more drummer shoots where I would like to utilize the A7. I have worked for the Chicago Drum and Pasic. I am also a house photographer for Venue Works in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Thank you Drummer Photographer Instagram: @drummer_photograher

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations for settings on the sony A7 mk1?. Going to shoot mostly stills in raw so not too worried about picture profiles just more setup info or any other pro tips. Also I've heard some bad things about bricking when doing firmware updates, is the newest firmware update any better and worth doing if it's out of date, I think 2016, 4.2 or 4.3 (something like that) is the newest version, also heard you get a better video codec with the update??... Thanks ?
