I figure this lens deserves it's own thread. I personally have very high hopes. It's going to have to be astonishingly good to oust my Canon 85mm f1.2 L II. BUT: If it is, not just technically, but also in the "feel" of the images, which is borderline etherial with that particular Canon glass. I'm in, all in, and will Sell my 6D+85L and not look back. The only reason I have a Canon body at all is to shoot that lens natively. I'm not a DSLR guy, and I don't have a particular affinity towards Canon. Sony, this is your moment.. j.
