I am curious what this community thinks. I would like this to be a "poll" so we can all easily vote. The questions is simple. In terms of new camera bodies, which camera body will be released first? The A99ii OR the A9 (or equivalent in the FE mount)? I really do not know.. So I am interested in the community's opinion. Regards, David

What are the odds we see and A9 this year to go with the new FE GM glass? What is keeping Sony from putting A6300 AF in an A9 body? Bigger body, bigger battery, better ergonomics for larger controls and more direct controls (fewer menu driven items). Something between the Fuji XT-1 and the Pentax K-1 when it comes to direct controls.

Went on a little foot safari with my wife's e-bike. Where I live, I was fully engulfed in fog, but 300 meters higher the sun broke through ... Or should I say: I broke through the fog? https://c1.staticflickr.com/5/4739/27532030919_e06667d72b_o.jpg 16mm, F/4.0, ISO 200, 1/8000 I had accidentally set the exposure correction to -1.0 full stop, which I had to correct in the raw converter.

Second of two remarkable examples of how well the Sony A9 can track a small subject even through distracting or confusing backgrounds. Both shot with a Sony FE 70-300mm lens (I don't have the new 100-400 yet). To see this properly, a file size of ~10 MB would be ideal. I had to compress it to under 1MB, per the site requirements, so I have no idea how well it can be seen. Bottom line: after previously owning a Nikon D3S, Nikon D4 and Canon 1DX II over the years, I have never seen autofocusing and tracking as good as in the A9.
