Hi! This is my first post. I just bought a Sony a6300 and i have a problem while recording 4k video. I'm using a Sony 55-210mm lenses. When i select 4K Video and the options: 24p 100M (super 35mm) and 24p 60M (super 35mm) some black bars (stripes) appears on the video. (i'll attach stills). This is "resolved" by making higher the ISO around 6400-20,000, but then at 25,600 the black bars appears again (and stronger). I don't know if there is something with my configuration (i haven't changed a lot of things since i bought it, almost everything is on default), or if it is another kind of problem. I used also the 16-50 kit lenses and the stripes appear too. Thanks for your help! *The one with the BEAR is 24p 60M, the one with the purple curtains is 24p 100M.

I've been shooting a doc on the a7sii. WB is always set to manual, either incandescent or a kelvin setting. However, at times I'm noticing a strange "strobing" color shift in the footage and it's driving me crazy. You can view a 4k sample here: https://bit.ly/2tO5dQh The first clip in the above video is at 1600, the record player shot may be 3200. Picture Profile 7. High ISO NR was off I believe, but that should not kick in at 1600, right? It's mostly in the shadows and will switch back and forth a frame at a time ... but only sometimes. Anyone experienced this before?

I'm looking at buying the A7s because of the low light + 4K video possibilities. I do a lot of inside filming and I'm over using artificial light for simple tasks. Also to have the ability to get photos of my daughter in low light rooms will be amazing! Basically here in Australia its going to cost $5.5k for the A7s + Atomos Shogun. I love what the shogun can do and cant wait to use it. My biggest problem is I dont know what to do with my Nikon D610 and 6 quality lenses (24-70mm 2.8G, 70-200mm 2.8G, 105mm Micro etc). I dont want to sell them because they are fairly new and take amazing pictures. Maybe I can sell them all and buy everything back in Canon second hand and not loose too much? I believe Canon has more potential to get 4K right in the future than Nikon with their DSLR cameras. I would hate to buy a kit of E-Mount lenses and then down the track Sony make a future camera and the lenses are incompatible down the track. You know they love to do it! Also I am a little spooked by the electronic focus and zoom on the Sony lenses. I guess I will see how they handle today when I try them in store. I'm also looking at buying a Kessler Second shooter setup with a wireless focus puller. So I will need lenses to accommodate operating them. I also will need to buy a good auto focusing Sony lens for simple at times video? Any help would be great thanks.
