I am new to shooting video in the a7iii, and am losing alot of space with the top and bottom black bars. I have looked at alot of YouTube videos, have tried different frame rates, as well as changing 3:2 to 16:9, and nothing changes Any help would be fantastic on how I can remove these. Thanks

I have just moved over to video on the a7iii, from shooting just photos, and are having trouble finding out how to focus. With taking photos the area always lights up, so I know I am in focus, though on video it is just staying grey. As an example this is what i mean at 3:10 Any help would be great. Do I not use back button anymore?
