  1. Hi, It is a full-frame lens. I've got one and have used it with my A7iv. Jim
  2. Hi, I am curious... so did their fix eliminate the problem? Thanks, Jim
  3. Hi, I had asked Sony support about this when I first got my A7iv, and they said only A1 and A9x have sound when using ES. I put in a request to fix that in a firmware update, but no idea if they will actually do that. Jim
  4. A7iv - ordered on pre-sell and received on 2021-12-23 or so. I am loving it after having had A7 and A7ii (purchased while waiting for the A7iv, now both sold).
  5. Hi, I don't know about the original poster's thinking, but for me, I like the type of charger that I posted, especially when travelling, because I don't have to worry about keeping track of either a power cable for the adapter (in some cases) or a USB cable and someplace to find a USB port. It's all a single item, and assuming it is 100-210V, I just the charger itself. I think the other aspect of what the OP was asking for was an actual Sony charger (vs. an after-market one). I usually have both types. Jim
  6. I think that this is the one you are looking for: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-w-series-battery-charger-black/4982003.p?skuId=4982003 "Sony W Series BCTRW charger" Jim
  7. If you have a PC, maybe try formatting that card on the PC, and then see if the camera will use it?
  8. I just got my A7iv this week and was doing a test to check how the battery was doing, with the Sony battery in the camera and the camera powered on. I was doing anything else with the camera, but when I picked it up a while later (maybe an hour later) I was surprised that the camera was warm to the touch. Not really hot, but just warm. I've had a used A7 i and still have a used A7ii, and I haven't seen that happening with either of those cameras.
  9. Hi, I am new here, but Manfrotto also makes a "Manfrotto 293 Telephoto Lens Support with Quick Release", see here (just for reference): https://www.manfrotto.com/us-en/telephoto-lens-support-293/ Manfrotto is a big company, so perhaps there is some store that is local to you that might carry this? Jim
