Filming Screens with the A7riii

Glad to be here  

 

Long time A7rii user here & loving Sony Alpha's for video so had to get the A7riii when it dropped. 

 

I film a lot of screens in my work and so far the results with the A7riii have been far from satisfying (the flicker and banding defects are alot worse than with the previous model). I always go full manual and like the HDR mode in 4K. I try to place focus not exactly on the screens but behind or in front which can help with moiré. 

 

Tried with the anti-flicker setting both on and off but didnt get good results with either.
