A7R adapter for the Sigma 50-500

You showed images the other day on the new Sigma 50-500 installed on the A7R, BUT, like most reporters you left out any of the details of the adapter required. If you are going to inform you must be complete AND accurate.

Assuming the lens was the Sony fit model, the LA-EA4 would be the best choice.

 

But if it happened to be a Canon- or Nikon- fit model: does he earn admonishment for not mentioning that detail too? (Literally any of the many full frame E mount adaptors matching the Sigma's mount would do the job, so including adaptor info would have been redundant).
