Sony a6500 noise

Hey,

 

I'm having a problem with my Sony a6500.

I tried shooting in S-log 2 and 3 but the noise there is insane. 

Also when im shooting in cine4 / pro there is a bit of noise in all of my screens, even when my iso is at 200.

 

I'm shooting with the 30mm sigma 1.4 lens and I have a Sandisk Extreme Plus(90mb/s).

The shooting mode is 120fps / 1/250 and the aperture is set to whatever I want in the situation.

 

So it feels like my SD card isnt good enough or something?

 

Anybody with suggestions?
