A7s missing PAL/NSTC selector

I had to reset my A7s and since then it is only in PAL mode. There is no option in the menu for PAL/NSTC selector in the menu? The spot in the menu where it is supposed to be is just blank. I know it can shoot NSTC because it was doing so before I reset it. Any ideas?

A7Sii. Menu to Toolbox to page 3 is where the NTSC/PAL selector is for me. Doesn't give me a PAL selection option to switch but recognizes cam is presently set to NTSC. Gives warning the camera reboots and card will reformat if a change is made. Suggest resetting to factory defaults if you don't get the Enter / Cancel option.

I figured out the problem. I had previously installed open Play memories app and disabled the ntsc mode warning screen. By doing that it also removes the pal ntsc switch from the menu. I had to reinstall the open playmemories app and uncheck the option to hide the ntsc warning and then I was able to switch between pal and ntsc

Hey, I'm having this same problem right now. How did you reinstall the playmemories app? and where can I find that option?

Watch the whole video, at first it looks like he has the pal/NSTC selector option but later in the video he explains how to get it back
