A7 error connect to play memories

Having troubles connecting to the play memories app to download new app,

 

I have updated the cameras firmware

 

The issues I'm getting is when I get to sign in the error message I get is

 

"could not connect to server. Set correct date/time and location and verify "NETWORK SETTINGS"

All setting appear to be correct but still no joy
