Sony A6300 4k FrameRate issue

Hi Guys,

              I am new to Mirror less cameras , I bought a new a6300 and i was testing the 4k video. And the shows a lot of frame drops and stuttering while panning. I dont know which setting needs to be adjusted to rectify this or whether it is indeed how 4k video is recorded within the a6300. I have uploaded a sample 4k video from the camera 

. I have also uploaded a 1080p 50fps video of the same scenario which has no such issues https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdNV7RJ_vOc. Can someone help in figuring out what settings I need to change inorder to get smooth 4k video out of this. I am thinking about returning this camera and getting a canon 80d if this is actually a drawback of the camera.

I have the same problem with A6500. 4K video is not smooth. I shoot 4K video in PAL, 25 FPS, shutter speed I fix for double of FPS, 1/50. In FHD 1080 50P (SS 1/100) is video absolutly smooth and corect. Some advice how to fix it?
