What fly is that?

Do you know what this is called? So far I can't find it in my book of insects ...

 

 

Milvus 2/50 @ f9 with on-camera flash (f43m) and small soft box. Not much in the way of PP, a crop and vignette.

This is the other shot, I think it is better, slightly larger aperture ... I think the fly is from the Rhagionidae family ... but there are so many sub-species that it does not help much with the identification.

I have a "book of insects" with 2000 illustrations .... and so far really, I only have a hand-full of "finds", mostly I can't find matches. The world of insects is really something else ...
