At £140.00, quite expensive but very strong and beautiful. I then searched Google and found I could have bought one far cheaper and made my own?

I use this one, very comfortable for all day use.

Comfort being the operative word. I have carried cameras throughout mountain ranges for years and the constant drag on the neck and perspiration under the strap, the silk Artist & Artisan one both alleviates those so I guess that might be the clincher. If I was still climbing, I would buy one in a heartbeat but, sadly, through ill health and my age my mountain days are mere memories, hey ho

There is a Portuguese guy that also makes some lovely leather straps. I did think about one for my M6
