A6500 + Speedbooster + 24-150mm : Stabilizer?

Howdy...

I am trying to use a Canon 24-105 F4 Lens on my A6500 with the Metabones Speeedbooster adapter... It works like a charm, but I can't get image stabilization to work...neither the in-camera or the lens stabilization seems to come on.

I have some manual lenses that works fine with the in-body only stabilization, but my Canon lens doesn't want to let the in-body activate... I'd be happy just to be able to get the in-lens stabilization to work...

Has anyone else had this issue? Or has anyone else gotten in-lens stabilization to work on a Canon lens with the A6500 and Speedbooster?

Thanks for the help!

Best,

Ben

I use the same combo and it's great.

Make sure to uncheck the box on the Metabones firmware software to let the adapter choose Ibis automatically. I'm running version .55.

Ibis on the camera should be set to auto if it's not grayed out.

If you turn the lens stabilization on, the camera's Ibis turns off. If you turn the lens stabilization of, the camera's Ibis turns on.
