what is the best humidity percentage at dry box for sony A7SII?

Recommended Posts

are you sure about that? isn't that too high? i read an articles, and

it said that if its too high the fungus can still attack your camera,

because the 50% humidity is the same as the outside the drybox..

Not sure of an exact figure for storage, but 50% does seem

more like an ideal operating environment rather than an ideal

storage environment. Problem is that in storage the air is not

circulating, so humidity thaz OK operationally could condense

is the storage box is someplace that turns cold ... acoarst any

percent humidity must be measured at a narrow temperature

range or it has no meaning.

Why do you wanna know a somewhat exact humidity ? What

harm come to the camera if the storage is simply as dry as is

possible ? With a violin, too dry cracks the wood and or finish,

while too damp grows fungus. So a specified humidity is good

to know. But with the camera, I'd think "the dryer the better".

Is there some harm to cameras from too dry a storage box ?

because i want to keep my camera as safe as possible, im afraid if something happens to my camera.. if the drybox is too dry the oil inside the moving parts will lubricated so its gonna be rugged everytime you use the camera, i read it from here http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=234269
