What are the major differences between G Master 85mm, 90 MM and 100MM Lenses

I cannot understand why Sony will make three G Master Lenses si close to each other. What are such Major Differences between these lenses other than f 1.4 and f 2.8. How they impact the a photographer geared towards Portraits? How important is Macro?

85 GM is for portraits

90 for macro

100 for very smooth bokeh

 

which are for people who want something in particular. Otherwise there is the

 

Sony 85 cheaper version for people who just want an 85

Batis 85 which is light weight

Loxia 85 which is compact and manual focus

 

and so many more .... hard to choose right?
