so...  it seems like lotta folks are doing the move over to the Sony platform...  well, me too.

I'm considering giving the A7RII a shot for the two main subjects I shoot: automotive and portraits.

my M43 setup has been great to use, but I feel like my needs have been outgrowing what the Micro 4/3 platform can offer - probably one of the biggest reasons is overall resolution size.  I got a bunch of other reasons, but whatever - ultimately I'm looking for other options.

Anyways...  I haven't even looked around the forum yet, but do any of you know of any "bonafied" photographers who use the Sony platform as their primary portrait set-up?  any magazine covers, spreads, etc?

btw, HELLO!!!!

The a7rII is one of the best cameras for portraiture if not THE best, but what comes to sport photography it's not the ideal camera to pick.

Instead go for a6300/a6500, they're great for sport, wildlife, automotive (racing) and even portrait photography is great.
