Have a look at the Cactus V6 IIs or/and the Cactus V6 II.

I own a A7II and a Nikon D800. Flashes SB800, Nissin i40 & Nissin HI60S.

I bought two of the s-version (Sony) and two of the normal version to use cross-brand remote power control.

That means: With the A7II I can use one of the Nissins and the SB800 or I take the D800 with the SB800 and the 2 Nissins (all bounced).

That´s possible because the cactusis a trigger and reciever. Of course HSS is working. FANTASTIC !

I spent some hours for looking to all reviews of  the other brands but none is offering this possibilities.

For this a recommendation for the Cactus V6 II and the V6 IIs.

Thanks Poly, I'll give it a try. It doesn't look like I'll be able to to hi-sync with my studio lights and A7R2, but at least there is a solution for HSS with speedlights.

I my limited knowledge on this there are only a a couple of brands of studio mono blocks that will cycle fast enough for HSS. Paul c buff ligts and bro colour. My bowens certainly won't, But you can use the self contained studio lights like the Godox or jinbe lights

Yah, mine have a different approach. Here's a good read on the three prevalent methods:

I'm also using the elinchrom quadras. Have you come across the best source for highspeed sync triggers? Elinchrom makes the $250 trigger that works, but have you found something like the cactus that can also be used to trigger speedlights?
