No option for focus assist illuminator?

Hi, is there really not an assist illuminator option yet for the A7ii or mirrorless cameras?

Many events I shoot where there is more than one photographer do not allow focus assist because it ruins everyone else's shot.

 

You can get banned from events for using it.

Nice, first time i see AF illuminator visible on a picture.

Now of course the illuminator was not from the camera/flash actually taking the picture but from someone else's set-up

Some of the agreements you sign to get pit or all access passes specifically say this is breech of contract.
