The BW is reeeeally stunning ! It makes 

the color frames look like greeting cards

in comparison. I happen to be partial to

head-on head shots, and yours is quite

an outstanding example. Those 3/4 view

"watch the birdie" head shots are ... well,

for the "birdies" :-)  

  

Head-on is very welcoming and direct. A

3/4 view tends to be stand-off-ish .....
