Golem
I'm not seeing the problem. Posted shots look rather normal. Anyone might tweak them a bit for personal taste, but not out of necessity.
Guest Jaf-Photo
Which camera did you use before? Nothing in the posted pictures seem terribly wrong to me. Perhaps you can post a reference image with the style you like?
VTC
Not exactly the sharpest of pics but there doesn't seem to be anything too egregiously out of whack. Looks to be set at some lower than best resolution, though.
Gilgenberg
you should calibrate your monitor the pictures look great on my calibrated monitor OldNoob
Guest all8
Try some of this: http://docs.esupport.sony.com/dvimag/ILCE6000_guide/en/contents/TP0000301878.html ... see if it helps. Its hard to judge the images here because they get compressed.
Golem
Not exactly the sharpest of pics ...... We're looking at 70kb and 100kb jpegs here. Can't judge very well by eye, and they're very softly lit.
OldNoob
you should calibrate your monitor the pictures look great on my calibrated monitor Thats a great suggestion, check several PC and TV monitors . then if they still seem dull, you can try the "Vivid" setting in the menu under "creative style". I can though see what you are saying about the boy's "Purple hat" this may be blue sky reflecting off an area of his hair. Can you share more images of that day? By the way the picture of the little girl is adorable. Great catch!
