What is the best deal for a spare battery for the a7 ?

To answer your question correctly:- Horribly expensive but genuine Sony ones,

 

I have bought non Sony ones on eBay and Amazon and they do not give the same number of shots.

However for the money saved by buying them is considerable and changing battery is not a huge mission.

 

There has been talk that the 3rd party chargers do not fully charge batteries but I have no way of proving that,

This is the best price.  I bought a handful of these and have had zero problems.  I am getting over 350 shots per.

They ship right away, but by very slow method.  But, less than $10 shipped is a killer deal.
