Weird yellow lines through images

Not sure if it's anything to do with it but I've just started shooting full frame with a metabones adapter and canon fd primes. On a few of the photos there is a yellow horizontal type of flare through the images. It happened with more than one lens so I've discounted a lens problem. Around 70% of the images I took today were fine, but this problem occurred in the other 30%.  Could anyone help me please?  thanks a lot.

Were you using silent shutter?

Even with the mechanical shutter, this can happen if you're shooting at faster that 1/60s. Looks like these were taken at about 1/200s with the mechanical shutter. With the silent shutter, the stripes tend to be much closer together
