Selling my Batis 85mm

I've put my Batis 85mm lens up on ebay, starting bid only $1, free USA shipping. The lens is great, no problems, lightly used, has one minor scuff on the barrel and a few barely-visible scratches on the hood, otherwise is optically perfect.

Can't imagine why anyone would depart with one of the most remarkable lenses in production today for the E mount. But to each their own I guess.

I thought I would miss my batis 25 and 85 after getting 2470gm and 85gm, I didn't. The image quality from gm is truly amazing. I now look forward for 70200gm.

 

I would love to see gm 1635, 150f2 or 135f1.8

The Batis is a great lens, no doubt, but I just used the 85mm GM lens for a month in Africa, and had a chance to compare it head to head with shots taken with the Batis, and while it's a tough decision based on the greater weight, size and cost of the GM, in the end, the better image quality justifies it.  Honestly, it's probably the best lens you can get for your FE mount, just beautiful.
