Yes it´s blurry and noisy. Maybe it´s a mistake he posted it.

It's not tack sharp no, but its still impressive you can shoot relatively usable photos, handheld at 1/15s.     I've shot my legacy glass down around 1/10 and its been good enough for a holiday snap.  Pretty awesome

Maybe a shift lens might have been useful, but, hey, he didn't say it was perfect? Give a guy a break?
