A7s 1080p Issues

Hi,

 

I´m brand new to Sonys Cameras. I did shooting on the Canon MIII before.

 

My plan is to shoot with the A7s and the Shogun Recorder in 1080p 60fps.

But when I watch my testfootage my 1080p material look mutch more noisier (SLOG2 3200iso and above) than the 4k footage

Also when I´m converting the 60fps to 24fps (like i did with the Mark III) the footage is chopy and not fluently. 

 

I really need help!

Is it correct that when I wanna shoot in 1080p I have to go in "M" Mode on the Camera? Otherwise I only get 4k and therefore no slowmotion.
