Sony 55-210 Silver vs Black

They are the same, but I will say the black one looks much nicer IMO. I have a silver a6000 and swapped my silver 55-210 for a black one. The silver lens looked cheap to me. But again that is just my opinion.

I have the silver cuz it apparently looked

cheap to everyone, and was remaindered

as new stock, never opened, but at a very

"shopworn" price.

 

I'd have chosen black if it were the same

price but the silver doesn't bother me, at

least colorwise. It does bother me just a

bit that the markings, white on silver, are

nearly invisible. I have no need to read

the markings, so no user inconvenience.

It bugs me just a little bit cuz it's stoopid.

I got the silver one because it looks better on my gorgeous white a6000. Tack sharp and very practical length.
