Is the Alpha a7II the successor to the Alpha a6000?

The A7II is for sure not the successor of the A6000. Look at the name. What do you guess, it is the successor? :-)

 

The successor of the Alpha 6000 will also not be called Alpha 7000.

I think there will come an A6100 or an A6000II once.

According to rumors, there will come an A7000 which will be placed above the A6000. But I don't think that it replaces the A6000.
