I keep a P6 to Alpha tilt adapter on it, and add a 12mm extension tube for close up shots.

Thank you for submitting the images.  Shift would be useful with such a lens, as it has a big image circle.  One can readily appreciate why in-body stabilization is so useful with such a lens.  I had one with a Ukrainian medium format camera and it was hard to hold it steady.

At some point, I will have ti have a full tilt/shift adapter made for it.  The other issue is that without a chip to identify the lens to the camera body, the in-body stabilization doesn't activate.  To me, the weight of the lens does help to stabilize it in the hands a bit, so it's still useable, but being able to put even a 135mm chip on it would help.
